Chunky Monkey Nice Cream

INGREDIENTS

1 can Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk, no gums!

4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen

2 Tbs Runamok maple syrup 

½ cup Hu Kitchen Keto dark chocolate chips

½ cup chopped walnuts

PROCESS

Slice your bananas and freeze them. Refrigerate your coconut milk for at least 6 hours.
In a Nutribullet, food processor or blender, combine coconut milk, frozen bananas, and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or ice cream maker.
Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips.
Freeze for 4-6 hours. I stirred mine every hour while it was freezing.
Top with additional walnuts and chocolate chips.

Store in ice cream container.
