Deconstructed Grass-Fed Ground Beef Taco: Easy Healthy Dinner

INGREDIENTS

1lb grass fed ground beef

1 white onion, chopped

1 Tbsp avocado oil

Cilantro, to taste

Oregano, to taste

Smoked paprika, to taste

Chili powder, to taste

Coyotas Taco Shells

Citrus Cabbage Salad

Cauliflower Taco Rice

PROCESS

Finely chop whole white onion. In a frying pan, mix with avocado oil at medium heat. Add grass-fed ground beef to pan and break up thoroughly. Using dried spices, flavor with cilantro, oregano and smoked paprika. Let beef brown down until cooked through.

Toast the coyotas shells on a flame using tongs, flipping consistently so it doesn't burn.

Add the taco rice as the base, then the grass-fed ground beef and cabbage salad to grain free tacos. Pair with avocado and fresh lime for a touch of citrus salad flavor.
