Double Chocolate Brownie Boo Cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 cup raw almond butter
½ cup vanilla coconut sugar
⅓ cup organic cocoa powder
⅓ cup of Hu Kitchen Keto chocolate chips
1 tsp madagascar vanilla
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp refined coconut oil, melted
2 eggs
¼ tsp JF Spicy Salt
Eyeballs
1 Tbsp coconut oil & 2 Tbsp of Hu Kitchen Keto chocolate chips
PROCESS
Preheat oven to 350º.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine the almond butter, vanilla coconut sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, baking soda and melted coconut oil.
Add in 2 eggs and chocolate chips.
Mix ingredients together thoroughly.
Once complete, form six cookies, place on your baking sheet, and sprinkle JF Spicy Salt over top of each.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Cool.
Warm 1 Tbsp coconut oil & 2 Tbsp of Hu Kitchen Keto chocolate chips.
Drizzle over cookies.
Decorate with eyeballs.
