INGREDIENTS
1/8 cup Rao's Basil Marinara
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
3/4 cup Water
Rotisserie Chicken
PROCESS
Add parchment paper to two pans. Drizzle with olive oil. Set aside.
Heat your oven to the directions on the dough.
In a large bowl, add your pizza dough mix, avocado oil, apple cider vinegar and water. Mix that up and set aside for 2-3 minutes.
Bake for about 14 minutes.
Remove the dough from the oven and let it cool.
Drizzle with olive oil. Add marinara, pesto, ricotta, basil, chicken, and top with mozzarella.
Bake for another 15 minutes, until cheese melts.
