INGREDIENTS

 

1 lb wild caught cod or other white fish

 

anti-inflammatory olive oil

 

salt
parchment paper bags

 

PROCESS

 

Rinse off your fish.

 

Cut fish into 3-4 sections. Place each individual dried off fish into a parchment bag.

 

Drizzle wach bag with fish with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 

 

Wrap each bag and put on a baking sheet.

 

Bake for 12-15 min. Let it cool. Open each bag and plate with slotted spoon.
