I am an optimization specialist; concentrating on prioritizing daily lives to reduce stress and maximize their presence.
I work with clients on creating their personalized approach on how to be the best version of themselves. We focus on alignment between the mental, physical and spiritual and how to balance with personal and professional harmony.
My professional background as a high-level results-driven senior creative and branding leader driving creative direction and brand awareness for more than fifteen years has required me to create this program. I was personally challenged by all aspects of these areas and had repeatedly failed.
In order to be a successful female leader and entrepreneur I had to find a solution.
I have infused my professional education with personal experience which includes overcoming trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, addiction, and overachievement.
