Easy AF Brussel Sprouts

INGREDIENTS
1 lb organic brussel sprouts
5 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
Dash of vegetable broth
PROCESS
In a large pan, warm your olive oil over medium-high heat. As that starts to shimmer, being to sauté your brussels sprouts face-side down. Don’t rush the cooking process, allow these to brown before flipping. Once they have a nice color, add a splash of vegetable broth. Cover and allow the liquid to dissolve. Flip the brussels, brown on other side. Repeat broth if needed. Season with salt.
