1 head of cauliflower, roasted 1/8 cup organic tahini 1 garlic cloves 1/8 tsp cumin Pinch of coriander ½ tsp JF Spicy Salt ½ lemon, juiced

Roast cauliflower. Add the cauliflower and all other ingredients to a blender. Blend until the consistency is creamy. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and JF Spicy Salt.
