INGREDIENTS 1/2 organic pineapple 6-10 sprigs of basil leaf juice of two organic lemons 3 Tbs organic maple syrup 1/2 tsp himalayan sea salt 1 can organic coconut cream Popsicle Mold PROCESS Chop up pineapple into chunks. Add to blender or Nutribullet. Add the remaining ingredients. Taste strength of mixture. Some basil is stronger than others. Adjust as needed to desired potency. Pour into popsicle mold. Freeze for 2-4 hours.
