Simple Iced Cinnamon Roll Swirl Bread

INGREDIENTS
BREAD
1 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup coconut brown sugar
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup cassava flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 organic egg
1 cup Three Trees almond milk
⅓ cup avocado oil
CINNAMON SWIRL
2 tsp cinnamon
⅓ cup coconut sugar
TOPPING
4 Tbsp vegan butter
2 cups date sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp Three Trees almond milk
7 oz Violife vegan cream cheese
4 oz Cocojune plain coconut yogurt
PROCESS
Preheat the oven to 350º. Combine the swirl in ingredients - cinnamon and sugar
Combine the sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Beat the egg, milk and oil.
Add dry to wet.
Spray loaf pan with coconut oil spray and pour half of the mixture, followed by half of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Swirl in.
Pour in the remaining batter (the pan should only be ¾ full) and swirl in remaining cinnamon sugar. Bake for 40 min. Allow to cool and remove from the pan. Once cooled, drizzle icing over top.
Icing
Mix all ingredients together with handheld mixture.
