½ head of cabbage, shaved
1 jalapeño, deseeded and diced
½ red onion, chopped
3 radish, chopped
2 lime, juiced
DIAMANDIA Simple Dijon Vinaigrette, to taste
spicy salt, to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
1 avocado, chopped
Finely slice half head of cabbage, yellow pepper, jalapeño, red onion and radish using a hand-held mandoline. WEAR A GLOVE!
Juice the lime. Toss together into a mixing bowl, add in my DIAMANDIA Simple Dijon Vinaigrette, lime juice, and spicy salt. Let it sit in the fridge overnight.
When ready to serve, add the chopped avocado.
Add on top of tacos or eat on its own.
