1 small onion, chopped
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 bag 24 oz. Organic Riced Cauliflower
salt & pepper, to taste
Heat large sautee pan med high heat. Add olive oil.
Add garlic, cook 3-4 min.
Add onion, cook until browned. Add bag of riced cauliflower. Cover. Let heat defrost large chunks. Uncover after 4 min and break up chunks. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and let it cook down and brown. Leave it alone as much as possible. It is best when it rests and the cauliflower browns.
