Lunch Tuna

INGREDIENTS

2 cans/pouches Wild Planet tuna, flaked 
2 Tbsp Primal Kitchen brown mustard 
3 Tbsp DIAMANDIA Simple Dijon Vinaigrette 
¼-½ cup white onion, chopped
½ cup celery, chopped

4-6 leafs Butter Lettuce

Yellowbird Organic Sriracha

PROCESS

Drain the tuna and in a large bowl flake it into tiny bits with the back of a fork. Add the spicy brown mustard and DIAMANDIA Simple Dijon Vinaigrette, incorporating well. Work in the white onion and celery.

Plate 2 pieces of butter lettuce. Spoon 2-3 Tbsp of tuna in the lettuce, add a bit of Sriracha. Enjoy.
