1⁄4 cup organic coconut aminos
2 cloves organic chopped garlic
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 juiced organic lemon with pulp
2 Tbsp Lakanta maple syrup
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp white truffle olive oil
Let it marinade however long you want. I keep it in there overnight usually.
Grill salmon to med/rare cook temperature. Depends on your grill heat.
