1 lb wild caught salmon, chopped up into 1 inch squares
1 Tbs chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/8 cup raw honey
jalapeno, thinly sliced

DIAMANDIA Spicy Cabbage Slaw Marinade
Chop up salmon into 1 inch squares. Place into a glass container that can be sealed. Cover with the DIAMANDIA Spicy Cabbage Slaw marinade. Add chili powder, black pepper, raw honey. Mix that up and marinade. The longer the better. At least 3 hours, but overnight if you can.
In a large skillet, on med-high heat, add the marinade salmon. Sear all sides. About 3 minutes each side until the honey caramelizes.
Heat your oven an place the tortillas so the start to crisp. You can also do this with an open flame on a gas stove. Bend your tortillas to give you a taco shell.
