INGREDIENTS⁠
2 medium bananas, ripe⁠
1/2 cup Artisan almond butter⁠
1/4 cup water⁠
1 Tbs vanilla extract⁠
1 cup almond flour⁠
1 tsp baking powder⁠
1 tsp cinnamon⁠
1/2 tsp salt⁠
1/4 cup Hu Kitchen Keto Chocolate Chips⁠
1/4 cup shredded coconut⁠
⁠
PROCESS⁠
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.⁠
In a large bowl, add banana, almond butter, water and vanilla. Beat with hand mixer until mostly smooth.⁠
Add almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Beat until combined.⁠
Fold in chocolate chips and coconut. The dough will be sticky.⁠
Drop dough into baking dish. Smooth until even.⁠
Bake for 20-25 min or until golden. Cooking time will vary depending on how thick bars are.
