INGREDIENTS

2 ripe organic bananas

2 Tbs coconut oil, melted

1 flax egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking powder

1 Tbs cinnamon

1/4 cup vanilla coconut sugar

1 3/4 cups blanched almond flour

PROCESS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make the flax egg, combine 1 Tbs Flax seed meal with 3 Tbs of water. Mix and set aside for 10 min.

In a large bowl, add the banana. Mash that up with a mixer. Add melted coconut oil.

Then add the rest of the ingredients to the mixture. Adding in the flax egg. Mix that until evenly combined. Add keto chocolate chips.

Coat the mini loaf pans with coconut oil.

Pour batter into prepared load pan. 

Bake minis for 25-30 minutes.

Bake full loaf pan for 50-55 min.
