PROCESS

 

Wash and dry romaine lettuce. Chop it up into small pieces. Using a hand mandoline, slice red cabbage. Slice jalapeno. Chop up avocado. Chop cucumber and peperonicinis. In a large bowl. Add all ingredients. Drain the tuna packet in the sink and flake. Add plain tuna to top of salad. Dress with DIAMANDIA Simple Vinaigrette.
