Simple Dijon Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup anti-inflammatory olive oil of your choice
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 clove of garlic, finely minced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Pinch of salt
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
PROCESS
Whisk all ingredients together in a dressing container. Season with salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste.
