Always use UNAPOLOGETIC BODY OIL first. The tool should glide, never drag.

How do I clean my tool?

Wipe it with a damp towel, or wash it with mild soap and water. No chemicals. If you use a cleanser on a stone tool, season it afterwards with a little UNAPOLOGETIC BODY OIL.

How often should I use it?

Consistency is key. Use it every day if you can, and if not, every other day. Time of day doesn't matter.

When will I see results?

Every body is different. Every system holds fluid differently, depending on your body. Consistency will give you the quickest results in the shortest amount of time.

Will my tool arrive safely?

Can I use body gua sha while pregnant or postpartum?
