    Body Gua Sha Tool Instructions

    Step 1: Prepare Your Skin

    Cleanse your skin and apply body oil or lotion to allow the Gua Sha to glide smoothly.

    Step 2: Activate Your Lymph Nodes

    Before using the tool, gently massage these key areas for 1-2 minutes:

    • Behind the knees
    • Groin area
    • Under the armpits

    Step 3: Using the Gua Sha Tool

    Hold the tool at a 15-30 degree angle and use light to medium pressure. Always move towards the heart.

    • Neck and Shoulders: Sweep upward from the neck toward the head and outward along the shoulders.
    • Arms: Stroke upwards from the wrists to shoulders.
    • Back: Glide the tool from the lower to the upper back.
    • Chest: Move outward from the center of the chest to the armpits.
    • Stomach: Make gentle, clockwise motions around your belly button.
    • Legs: Stroke upwards from ankles to hips.

    Step 4: Hydrate

    Drink plenty of water after the session to aid in detoxification.
