Step 1: Prepare Your Skin
Cleanse your face and apply facial oil or serum to ensure smooth gliding.

Step 2: Activate Lymph Nodes
Gently press and massage key lymph areas for 1-2 minutes:

  • Behind ears
  • Along collarbone
  • Sides of the neck

Step 3: Using the Gua Sha Tool

  • Neck: Stroke upwards from the base to the jawline.
  • Jawline: Sweep from chin to ears.
  • Cheeks: Glide from the center out to temples.
  • Under-Eye: Use light pressure from inner corners out.
  • Forehead: Glide outward toward the hairline.

Step 4: Repeat Movements
Repeat each stroke 3-5 times, focusing on areas of tension.

Step 5: Finish with Gentle Pressure
Press the tool gently on key areas to encourage lymphatic drainage.
