Siren Gua Sha Tool Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Your Skin

Cleanse your skin and apply body oil or lotion to allow the Gua Sha to glide smoothly.

Step 2: Activate Your Lymph Nodes

Before using the tool, gently massage these key areas for 1-2 minutes:

  • Behind the knees
  • Groin area
  • Under the armpits

Step 3: Using the Gua Sha Tool

Hold the tool at a 15-30 degree angle and use light to medium pressure. Always move towards the heart.

M Side: Glide along larger, broader areas to encourage lymphatic drainage and restore flow (always pull outward).
Point: Target delicate spots or apply deeper pressure where release is needed.
Ridged Edge: Work over knots and tension, or smooth the appearance of lines.
Flat Side: Lift and firm across face, neck, or body.
V Side: Contour and sculpt around jawline, cheekbones, and other natural curves..

Step 4: Hydrate

Drink plenty of water after the session to aid in detoxification.
