Chocolate Breakfast Protein Pudding

INGREDIENTS

1 Organic Avocado 

1 Organic Banana

3-4 Organic Strawberries

1/2 cup Organic Blueberries 

1/4 cup Cocojune Coconut Yogurt

2 Tbsp Zen Basil 

1 tsp Organic Maple Syrup or 2 Organic Dates

1/4 cup Three Trees Almond Milk

4 scoops Truvani Protein Powder

2-3 Tbs Organic Cocoa Powder

Top with:

Grain Free Granola 

Organic Coconut Flakes

 

 

PROCESS

Add all the ingredients to a powerful blender. Mix them together to the pudding consistency.

Separate in to some glass containers- weck's glass jar or these rectangular ones I love.

Refrigerate overnight. Add fruit and granola in the morning. Makes about 4 servings.
