What I Keep in My Clean Pantry: A Guide to Anti‑Inflammatory Staples
My pantry is one of the most sacred spaces in my home. It’s not just a shelf of ingredients—it’s where my nourishment begins. The way I eat directly impacts how my body feels, how my skin looks, how my gut feels, how I show up in my day.
So when I say clean pantry, I don’t mean “clean eating” in a restrictive sense. I mean: fewer man-made products, more clarity. Fewer blood sugar crashes, more grounded energy. Here’s what I keep in my pantry to support my skin, digestion, and overall radiance—while staying aligned with my anti‑inflammatory philosophy.
My Food Philosophy
- No soy, dairy, gluten, grains, legumes, nightshades, gums, or processed seed oils
 - No alcohol, no gums or sneaky additives
 - Low glycemic index ingredients that support stable energy
 - Healthy fats like olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil—always unrefined and minimally processed
 - Herbs and spices that reduce inflammation and support detox

Anti-Inflammatory Staples I Always Keep Stocked
These are the foods I reach for again and again. Not because they’re trendy, but because they work for my body—and they nourish me on every level.

 Staple |
 Why I Keep It |
 How I Use It |
|
 Extra-Virgin Olive Oil |
A true skin superfood. Rich in antioxidants and monounsaturated fats. Single sourced. |
Make you own dressings, or use to cook with. |
|
 Avocado Oil |
Stable for high heat and skin-supportive. |
Use for roasting or grilling; also in homemade mayo or marinades. |
|
 Coconut Oil |
 Antimicrobial and gut-friendly. |
Sautéing, baking, or oil pulling, |
|
 Raw Honey |
Naturally antibacterial, full of trace minerals. |
Stir into tea, drizzle on fruit, or blend into seed-based treats. |
|
 Peppermint, Chamomile, Ginger Tea |
Herbal infusions that support digestion, skin clarity, and stress relief. |
 I drink these daily—especially during my 7-Day Reset. |
|
Sea Salt + Pink Himalayan Salt |
Full of minerals, supports electrolyte balance. |
Add to every meal—especially helpful post-dry brushing or gua sha. |
|
Fresh Organic Garlic and Onion |
 Immune-boosting and anti-inflammatory. |
Use as a base in almost every savory meal. |
|
 Herbs + Spices |
Support blood sugar balance and gut integrity. |
Use liberally—on roasted vegetables, in dressings, soups, and herbal oil infusions. |
What You Won’t Find in My Pantry
I keep it clean—not complicated. That means:
- No “keto snacks” with gums or sugar alcohols
 - No inflammatory seed oils like canola, soybean, peanut, sunflower or safflower
 - No shelf-stable sauces or dressings with additives
 - No grains, gluten, or legumes hiding in snack packs

Why? These trigger inflammation in the body. I’ve seen what those foods do to my digestion, my body inflammation, skin, and mental clarity. I don’t shame them. I just choose what nourishes me instead.
How My Pantry Supports My Rituals
A clean pantry isn’t just about meals—it’s about energy. When I eat meals made with these ingredients, I show up for my other rituals more fully:
- I use the Glow Up Trio before and after I shower to support lymphatic flow.
 - I dry brush before I shower, then apply Revitalizing Body Oil after my shower. Then I use the DIAMANDIA Body Gua Sha.
 - I often pair food prep as a restorative practice, using food to amplify internal detox and calm.

Build Your Clean Pantry
If you’re just starting, don’t overthink it. Begin with one or two ingredients—maybe high-quality olive oil and herbal tea. Add a spice you love. Swap your salad dressing for a DIY version with avocado oil and fresh herbs.
Your pantry doesn’t need to be perfect. It just needs to be aligned—with what helps you feel more like you.
