Zuchini, grilled with olive oil, chopped
Pumpkin Seeds
Avocado, chopped
Dates, pitted and chopped
Pecans, chopped
DIAMANDIA Easy AF Brussel Sprouts, chopped
DIAMANDIA Simple Dijon Vinaigrette, to taste
PROCESS
In a large bowl, using the arugula as a base, begin to build your salad. Layer in the crumbled vegan feta, cucumber, artichoke hearts, zuchini, pumpkin seeds, avocado, dates, and DIAMANDIA Easy AF Brussels Sprouts.
