Ingredients

DOUGH

ΒΎ cup + 2 Tbs Paleo, grain-free baking flour

ΒΌ cup monkfruit sweetenerΒ 

2 tsp baking powder

ΒΌ tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extractΒ 

ΒΌ cup unsweetened almond milkΒ 

2 eggs

coconut oil spray

GLAZE
ΒΌ cup vegan butter

Β½ cup monkfruit sweetenerΒ 

1 tsp vanilla extract

PROCESS

DOUGH
Preheat the oven to 350Β°.

In a large bowl add all of your dough ingredients; combine well. Pour the dough into a prepared doughnut pan. Bake for about 15 minutes. Once time has elapsed, let these cool on a wire rack.Β 

GLAZE

In a small bowl melt all of the ingredients together, about a minute in the microwave. Be sure the monkfruit completely dissolves in the butter to avoid a grainy bite. Allow this to come to room temp, then lightly glaze each donut. The frosting is shockingly sweet, so glaze accordingly!Β
