INGREDIENTS

2 cans/pouches Wild Planet tuna, flakedย 

2 Tbsp Primal Kitchen brown mustardย 

3 Tbsp DIAMANDIA Simple Dijon Vinaigretteย 

ยผ-ยฝ cup white onion, chopped

ยฝ cup celery, chopped

4-6 leafs Butter Lettuce

Yellowbird Organic Sriracha

PROCESS

Drain the tuna and in a large bowl flake it into tiny bits with the back of a fork. Add the spicy brown mustard and DIAMANDIA Simple Dijon Vinaigrette, incorporating well. Work in the white onion and celery.ย This combination of tuna salad ingredients makes for easy and healthy lunch ideas that are both satisfying and nutritious.
