INGREDIENTS
2 cans/pouches Wild Planet tuna, flaked
2 Tbsp Primal Kitchen brown mustard
3 Tbsp DIAMANDIA Simple Dijon Vinaigrette
¼-½ cup white onion, chopped
½ cup celery, chopped
4-6 leafs Butter Lettuce
PROCESS
Drain the tuna and in a large bowl flake it into tiny bits with the back of a fork. Add the spicy brown mustard and DIAMANDIA Simple Dijon Vinaigrette, incorporating well. Work in the white onion and celery. This combination of tuna salad ingredients makes for easy and healthy lunch ideas that are both satisfying and nutritious.
