Paleo Pumpkin Butter for Desserts

INGREDIENTS
15 oz can organic pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground ginger
4 dates, finely chopped
1/4 cup Lakanta Golden Blend
3 Tbsp maple syrup
3 tablespoons virgin coconut oil, melted
PROCESS
Put all ingredients in a slow cooker to create a delicious paleo pumpkin butter.
Cook for 3-4 hours on low. Check on the consistency you are looking for.
Use an immersion blender when it gets as thick as you desire.
