2 ripe organic bananas
1 big scoop coconut oil, room temp
1/4 cup Runamok maple syrup
1 flax meal egg (1 Tbs flax seed meal, 3 Tbs luke warm water)
1/2 Tbs vanilla extract
1 cup Paleo baking flour
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Make the flax egg with 1 Tbs flax seed meal and 3 Tbs luke warm water. Whisk that together. Set aside for 10 minutes. Until goopy.
In another bow, mix the bananas and the rest of the ingredients together. Use a hand mixer. Fold in the keto chocolate chips.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
