2 medium bananas, ripe
1/2 cup Artisan almond butter
1/4 cup water
1 Tbs vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup Hu Kitchen Keto Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup shredded coconut
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, add banana, almond butter, water and vanilla. Beat with hand mixer until mostly smooth.
Add almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Beat until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips and coconut. The dough will be sticky.
Drop dough into baking dish. Smooth until even.
Bake for 20-25 min or until golden. Cooking time will vary depending on how thick bars are.
