1 package Jovial grain-free orzo
10 green olives
3 Tbs tomato paste
1/2 lemon, juiced
roasted red pepper flakes
Bring sauce pan to boiling, add grain free orzo. Cook per the instructions. 12 minutes. Drain in the sink and rinse with warm water. Set aside.
In a medium pan, over med high heat, add chopped artichoke hearts. Add chopped asparagus. Add olive oil. Cook that until veggies are cooked through. Garnish with salt, pepper. Add red pepper flakes. Add tomato paste. Cook that down.
Add juice of one lemon, add the olives. Cook that down. Add vegan sour cream.
Once complete, add back in the orzo and warm up. Season to taste.
