Wild Caught Cod Fish Tacos with Simple Guacamole


1 fillet wild caught cod, sliced into smaller pieces
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup Cauli Crunch Grain Free Crumbs
1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
2 Tbsp avocado oil

In a small bowl, combine the oregano, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and JF Universal Salt. Mix well. Use this spice rub to season the fish.
In a large saucepan on high heat, heat the avocado oil until glistening. Cook the fish for approximately 2 minutes on each side until it flakes and is desired brown.

Heat the tortillas in the over on high broil. Keep an eye on them and flip them quickly. You are just warming.

Assemble your taco with fish then add the desired toppings.
